October Onwards

Do you need help?

Have you approached our student counselors?. No, please contact your local office for career counseling, after this point we will forward your application to our UK office.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your decisions to arrive from the university.

November Onwards

It is important that students begin identifying scholarships with their counselor and complete the relevant applications.

February Onwards

During the month of February you should register for IELTS or TOEFL training if required.

April

To be successful in your application for a student scholarship, please note that it is a competitive process and April is the deadline for many universities. Please ensure that you contact your student counselor who will assist you in this process.

June

You should have received feedback from Universities at this stage, if not, please contact your student counselor to chase the decision on outstanding applications.

July

July is the last date to submit applications for the September intake and we advise that you apply before this date to avoid unnecessary stress. We will also file your VISA application during this month providing that all relevant paperwork is provided.

August

If not done so already, please apply for your VISA. Please contact your counselor if you need any assistance.

We will conduct pre-departure briefings for students who have received their visas and assist you with confirming flights, securing accommodation and any other needs that you have.

September/October

British Universities have their main intake in September and October. Please ensure that you arrive in the UK at least 2 weeks before the enrolment to get accustomed to your new surroundings.

Please stay in touch with your counselor and register with our office in the UK on your arrival.
